ALTERNATIVELY, NHS DIRECT IS AVAILABLE FOR GENERAL ADVICE ON 0845 46 47 PLEASE NOTE, TO ORDER PRESCRIPTIONS VIA EMAIL : We do require at least 48 hours for prescription requests (LONGER IF IT IS A BANK HOLIDAY). Pattingham may require longer notice as this is only a branch surgery and is not manned full time.

Extended surgery times The surgery offers extended surgery times for routine booked appoinments only on Tuesday 6:30pm - 7:45pm & Friday 7:10am - 8:00am THE SURGERY WILL BE CLOSED DURING THESE HOURS AND ONLY OPEN FOR BOOKED APPOINTMENTS, YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO COLLECT REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
WITH EFFECT FROM 1ST APRIL, 2009 PRESCRIPTION CHARGES WILL INCREASE TO £7.20 PER ITEM - YOU WILL THEREFORE BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL ORDER MORE THAN 14 ITEMS IN TWELVE MONTHS OR 4 ITEMS IN 3 MONTHS, IT MAY BE WORTH YOUR WHILE TO OBTAIN A PRESCRIPTION PRE-PAYMENT CERTIFICATE.
