Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Where agreed by your doctor, you may obtain repeat prescriptions from reception by giving 48 hours' notice, by writing or in person. In the interests of safety we no longer accept telephone requests and require written confirmation, which can be sent by post, fax, email or in person at the surgery, preferably using your computer slip, indicating the medication required. If submitting your request by post please allow sufficient time for postal delays. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required at Claverley to process your medication request. At Pattingham we require longer due to restricted opening hours. Please arrange to collect your prescription from the surgery, but please do not send children to collect medication for you. Visiting doctors carry a small supply of drugs necessary for immediate treatment for out of hours calls.
